I am the founder and MD of a Fife care company. I also own the majority share in a creative workshops company which works with children in schools across Scotland.
My strongest areas of expertise exist in the start-up and early growth stages of small businesses. This includes assembling good teams of people and creating, company structures which facilitates growth and development.
