My family are serial entrepreneurs who arrived in the UK in 1972 from Uganda with limited resources. Their first business venture was a convenience store but from there a European business was created, LPC Group Plc, operating in 5 countries and employing 1,300 staff. The business was sold in 2010 by Rothschild at which time it was Europe’s largest independent paper manufacturer.
