Professional background

I am an experienced professional investor, having acted as Chief Investment Officer for one of the UK's leading investment brokerages, Europe's biggest life assurance company and a national central bank. I have invested alongside well known private equity investors into a number of businesses. I am particularly interested in investing into roll-up concepts, especially in the fast food industry. I believe that the cash flows from a single high turnover outlet can be quickly deployed to buy a second, third etc.

It is currently possible to buy such businesses relatively cheaply with CFROI of 25%+. I would ideally like to find a partner who will act as general manager and grow a portfolio of fast food outlets. I am willing to invest the bulk of the initial capital but my partner should also be willing to put skin in the game. This opportunity would ideally suit someone who wants to build their own fast food empire but who doesn't currently have access to capital.
